Mariah Carey is still on the right track and is again back into the limelight with yet another no. 1 single album, E=MC^2. I’ve always been a Mariah Carey (MC) fan even during my younger days. She’s just extremely extraordinary and highly musical creation. Migrate, Touch My Body, I’m That Chick, and I’ll Be Lovin’ U Long Time are the top tracks of this album.
Let me give some facts about my favorite diva. Forbes say that MC is the 6th richest woman in the entertainment industry as of Jan.’07 with an estimated net worth of US$225 million. Wow! How does she spend her money? Reports also say that MC is able to cover all the notes from the alto vocal range leading to those of a coloratura soprano, and that her vocal trademark is her ability to sing in the whistle register. Even the Guinness Book of Records say that there is no other singer who can hold a higher note than MC.
Her new song “Touch My Body” became her 18th no. 1 single on the Hot 100, pushing her past Elvis Presley into the 2nd place for the most no. 1 singles among all artists in the rock era. How talented she really is! She’s just simply amazing!
