Despite the very tight schedules of all national leaders in the ASEAN region, they have already confirmed their attendance in the upcoming Asean Summit except for China. Chinese officials informed the summit host that they will be unable to attend this very important event due to their upcoming National Congress.
Moreover, the East Asian Summit as well as the Asean Plus Three event shall also be held at a later date because of busy and conflicting schedules of the leaders.
